The mercury is starting to drop at night, there’s a hint of a crisp chill in the air, and we can’t help but get excited for the golden glory of fall. Maybe part of that excitement is the return of a much-beloved, harvest-season Limited Batch flavor: Ben & Jerry’s Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream.
Making Ben & Jerry’s Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream starts with real pumpkin, of course. We’re not big on simply pumpkin spicing our way to serious flavor, so we stick with the real deal. Adding a generous graham cracker swirl brings this loveable pint to the height of dessert perfection.
We know what you’re thinking— you saw a pumpkin flavor coming from all the way across the corn maze. And if pumpkin seems ubiquitous these days, that’s because it is. This squash variety has become such a food and beverage celebrity that we had to order our pumpkin a year in advance to ensure a piece of the action. And not to brag, but we’re 8 years into our own pumpkin romance— we’ve been selling out of these Limited Batch pints since 2007.
